As Marketing & Communications Manager for both QT Sydney and QT Canberra, I drove the marketing and PR for both the hotels and their F&B venues.
I built strong relationships with clients, media, suppliers, and tourism partners to fuel growth. I led the development of the QT Brand & Marketing Campaign calendar and supporting strategy, creating content for digital platforms, EDMs, websites, and third-party sites.
A key focus was leading the teams to craft and executing F&B promotions and partnerships, that drove revenue.
I handled media relations, press releases, and local PR campaigns to elevate the QT brand, while overseeing social media, influencer partnerships, and performance tracking.
Key Achievements
QT Sydney achieved multiple awards, including TripAdvisor’s #1 rating, Boutique Hotel at the HM Awards (2022-2024), and Hotel Brand of the Year (2024). Gowings earned three glasses at Australia’s Wine List of the Year for five consecutive years, and Parlour improved its rating from two to three glasses in 2024.
Created the highest-performing viral reel across the EVT portfolio for Gowings.
Project managed the successful launch of Parlour, coordinating with Chef Sean Connolly and stakeholders.
Developed and implemented marketing and PR strategies for Parlour, including visual identity and content direction.
Secured and retained a Good Food Guide hat for Gowings (2022-2023) in partnership with Creative Culinary Director Sean Connolly.
Developed the "You, Plus Two" Valentine’s Day campaign, driving engagement and generating 50+ media clippings, reaching 3.3M people and surpassing ASR benchmarks.
